I am passionate about health and wellness, teas, dogs, and event planning.
I obtained a Master of Public Health, specializing in Health Promotion a couple years ago and have been working in clinical research since then.
I have been living with chronic medical conditions and chronic pain for over a decade and have learned so much along the way.
